About Us

Our Story of Compassion & Service

Born from a deep commitment to Islamic values of mercy and service, Baraka Outreach emerged to address Liberia's growing drug crisis with faith, compassion, and evidence-based care.

BARAKA
The Context

Liberia's Drug Crisis

Liberia faces a severe drug crisis, with substance abuse devastating communities across the nation. Young people, still recovering from decades of civil conflict, are particularly vulnerable to addiction's grip.

The lack of accessible, culturally sensitive rehabilitation services has left countless families without hope. Traditional approaches often fail to address the spiritual dimension of recovery that is so vital to our communities.

Baraka Outreach was founded in response to this urgent need—combining professional clinical care with the healing power of faith and community to offer a path to lasting recovery.
